The service

Macro is a text-message nutrition assistant. Estimates are estimates: calorie and macro figures are informational and not medical advice. Talk to a professional about medical conditions, eating disorders, or clinical nutrition needs.

Messaging

By texting Macro you agree to receive replies and, if you set them up, scheduled check-ins. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop check-ins; text “delete everything” to close your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Macro to harass, to send unlawful content, or as a general-purpose chatbot. We may limit or end access for abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the chat.
