What we collect

The messages and photos you send to Macro, the food, weight and goal entries created from them, your phone number, and basic usage data (which features you use, when). If you arrive from our website, an anonymous analytics identifier from that visit is linked to your account so we can understand where people come from.

How we use it

To run the service: logging your food, computing totals, sending scheduled check-ins you asked for, and improving accuracy. Usage data is analyzed in aggregate. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to advertise to you.

Photos

Photos are kept for 30 days to support corrections, then deleted.

Your controls

Text Macro “export my data” for a copy of everything, or “delete everything” to erase your account. Reply STOP at any time to end scheduled check-ins.
